AstroTech is operated by XpertLane Technologies Private Limited. We run a Vedic astrology platform with free tools and paid consultations with independent astrologers.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or book a paid consultation.

You agree to give accurate registration details (such as name, email, and mobile number) and to keep your login credentials and OTP secure. One person should not run multiple accounts to abuse promotions or free minutes.

We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that use false details, abuse the Platform, or break these Terms.

Astrologers on AstroTech are independent practitioners. Before they can take consultations, we review identity and skills in the areas they practice. That review is not a guarantee that any prediction or advice will be accurate or suitable for you.

Astrological guidance is for personal insight and decision support. It is not medical, legal, financial, or crisis counselling. For emergencies in India, contact local emergency services (for example 108) or a recognised helpline such as AASRA (91-22-27546669).

Astrologers must not share personal contact details to move you off-platform, demand private payments, claim guaranteed outcomes, diagnose or treat medical conditions, or promote illegal or harmful practices.

You agree not to harass astrologers or staff, post abusive or illegal content, attempt to scrape or attack the Platform, share another person's private data without permission, or use AstroTech for fraud.

Report serious misconduct to support@myastrotech.com as soon as you can. We may review chat or call records when needed for safety, quality, or refund decisions.

Paid services are priced in INR unless we show another currency. Payments are taken through third-party gateways such as Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Where AstroTech Wallet or service credits are available, they are a balance for Platform use only. They are not a bank account, are not transferable between users, and do not earn interest. Promotional credits may expire sooner than purchased credits; check what your wallet screen shows.

You are responsible for taxes that apply to your purchases where the law requires it. If a payment fails or is reversed (including chargebacks), we may pause related bookings or wallet access until the issue is cleared.

Refunds and cancellations for consultations follow our Refund Policy at /refund-policy/. That page covers the 2-hour cancel window, no-shows, technical failures, and processing times.

In short: cancel on the Platform at least 2 hours before a session for a full booking refund when self-serve cancel is available. For other cases, contact support with your booking details. Wallet credits used for a session may be restored to wallet when a refund is approved.

AstroTech branding, site design, software, and original content belong to XpertLane Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use under these Terms.

You keep ownership of content you submit (such as questions in a chat). You give us a licence to host and use that content as needed to run the service, improve quality, and meet legal duties.

Do not copy, scrape, or resell Platform content or tools without our written permission.

How we collect and use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy/. Birth details, consultation records, and account data are handled under that policy and applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We provide the Platform on an "as available" basis. Free tools and charts depend on the accuracy of the details you enter. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or error-free results.

To the fullest extent allowed by Indian law, XpertLane Technologies Private Limited is not liable for decisions you make based on astrological advice, for losses caused by third-party networks or payment providers, or for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law (for example, fraud or personal injury where the law forbids a waiver).

We may suspend or close access if you break these Terms, if we detect fraud or abuse, or if we must do so for legal or security reasons. We will explain when it is practical to do so.

You may stop using AstroTech at any time and may ask us to close your account by emailing support@myastrotech.com. Some records may be kept as required by law or our Privacy Policy retention rules.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

If you have a complaint, contact support@myastrotech.com first. We aim to resolve issues in good faith. If we cannot agree, courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

We may update these Terms when the product or the law changes. We will update the Last Updated date on this page. For material changes, we will also notify registered users by email or by a notice on the Platform when that is practical.

If you continue to use AstroTech after an update, you accept the revised Terms.

If one part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the main agreement between you and us for Platform use. Extra terms may appear at checkout for a specific booking; those apply to that purchase as well.

You may not transfer your account without our consent. We may transfer our rights in connection with a business reorganisation.

Force majeure events (such as natural disasters, war, major outages, or government action) may delay or prevent performance; we will resume service when reasonably possible.
